Group Classes

Stay strong during pregnancy, prepare for birth and rebuild your core postpartum.

At Full Moon Physio, we know the value of exercising during and after pregnancy. We also understand how difficult it can be to weed through all the information out there and find exercises that are safe, effective and fun. These group physiotherapy sessions are each designed by our expert pelvic health physiotherapists and taught by our amazing physio assistant, Donyne.

Over the course of each month-long session, you will be led through progressively more challenging exercises, personalized to your individual needs, to help you stay strong during pregnancy, prepare for birth and rebuild postpartum.
