Training & Background
Graduate of Pacific Rim College’s three-year Diploma of Acupuncture program, completing over 500 hours of clinical training.
I am in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia and have been in practice since 2016.
My training includes acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese massage), cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electro-stimulation, and auricular acupuncture, alongside certifications in Pilates and yoga.
I maintain my accreditation through continuing education with a focus on women’s health, including acupuncture support for pregnancy, labour preparation, postpartum care, and perimenopause and menopause.
This ongoing learning supports my ability to offer care that is responsive to the changing needs of women’s bodies across different stages of life.
A Personal Note
My work is shaped not only by my training, but by my own experience navigating health challenges from a young age.
That experience has deepened my respect for how complex the body can be, and how important it is to approach healing with patience, curiosity, and compassion.
I believe that as women progress through each stage of life their bodies are adapting and communicating their needs and imbalances. These are not always conditions to be treated but transitions to be supported.
And with the right support, it can become a time of deeper awareness, connection, and change. When we begin to listen and attune to our bodies we shift along with our own internal seasons and find transformation towards vitality, health and wellbeing.
Stephanie Grozall
I am a Registered Acupuncturist and movement practitioner supporting women through times of change in their bodies and lives.
My work is grounded in the understanding that our bodies are not problems to be fixed, but systems that are constantly adapting, communicating, and asking for support in different ways at different stages of life.
I work with women who are navigating transitions such as perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy, postpartum, and recovery after medical procedures like hysterectomy — times that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating without the right support.
Through acupuncture, Chinese medicine, movement, and education, I offer a space where women can begin to understand what is happening in their bodies, feel supported in those changes, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and sustainable way.
My Approach
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Instead, I support women in understanding patterns within their bodies (how sleep, energy, digestion, stress, and emotions are all connected) and how small, consistent shifts can support meaningful change over time.
My role is not to diagnose or fix, but to listen, guide, and offer perspective.
To help you feel more clear, more regulated, and more connected to your body.
